THIS IS A PICTURE THAT SOMEONE TOOK WHO WORKS ON AN OIL RIG. HE WAS GOING TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE LIGHTENING AND WAS UNAWARE OF THE TORNADO UNTIL THE LIGHTENING ILLUMINATED IT.

This is a clever fake. The lightning & tornado picture is real and was taken in Florida in 1991. The oil rig was added in Photoshop and the background story was completely fabricated.
